Vincent Mesolella is a seasoned developer of residential, commercial, and instituional real esate projects. Notably, Mr. Mesolella acted as lead developer for the $53 million Providence Public Safety Complex with adjacent 600 car parking garage. As Chairman of the Rhode Island Narragansett Bay Commission he oversees one of the largest wastewater treatment utilities in the U.S. In the Rhode Island General Assembly Mr. Mesolella was instrumental in crafting state legislation as a member of the House of Representatives. During his 20 year tenure he also served as the House Majority Whip. Both past and present, he has been an active member on the boards of several publicly traded companies as the lead outside director.
Derek Mesolella is responsible for overseeing the firm’s development and investment activites. He has worked in commercial real estate since graduating from college and posesses vast end to end development experience including site selection, acquisition structuring, entitlements and permitting, project financing and construction administration. He is deeply involved in all aspects of each investment and acts as the point of contact for municipal officials, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. His high level of touch on each project ensures that investment objectives are achieved and the company’s vision is executed. Mr. Mesolella is an alumnus of Bentley University class of 09′ where he graduated with a B.S in Finance.
